The Court of Spirits:
Element of Fire

The Element of Fire is incandescent, illuminating, burning, transformative, harmonizing, purifying and healing.

The Court of Spirits encompasses many orders of spiritual beings, including Archangels, planetary and regional spirits, faery beings of the most powerful orders and ex-humans or transhuman spirits who have transformed beyond humanity into something with deeper levels of awareness and power. While stereotypes associated with this Court seem to imply the spirits of light that are 'distant' in the upper world and heavenly Realms, the Underworld spirits of light are embodiments of star power within the body of the planet. This includes the ancient Orphic or Platonic teaching that each man and woman is the spirit of a star, though we are asleep to this truth during outer or surface consciousness. In all members of this Court the Element of Fire and Light is prevalent or strongest.
The Warrior of Spirits

Fire and Air

This is a tall, well-shaped figure in golden scale armour, tight fitting and flowing like a skin. The armour or skin ripples with silver and rose tints, and covers the warrior's body to the ankles, wrists and neck, where it has jagged, flame-shaped edges. His head, feet and hands are bare. Upon his breast, woven into the scales, is a naturalistic emblem of a red five-petalled rose upon a green stem with four leaves. The warrior's face is stern but beautiful, with pale skin and tightly curling, long fair hair tied loosely with a green and copper-coloured serpent-shaped clasp that seems to coil through it. This may be a real snake or an ornament. He runs from the left to the right of the picture, with grace and ease, and carries no weapons. The background is of varying sized swirling spirals of soft muted colour: the warrior seems to light these up as he passes, so that the spirals behind are in shadow, while those around and before him are illuminated.

Beings embodied by this image are transformative and healing. They are radiant with a balancing and purifying power, and often seek to set wrongs right. If this is a human, then he or she is often a crusader with a compelling sense of justice. The Warrior of Spirits is often kind and gentle to others, carrying no weapons, yet when necessary exhibits skill in combat, often by surprising innovations and powers.
