The methods taught during this workshop will give you the means to participate, and to deepen your participation with practice.

The workshop is open to anyone who has attended previous gatherings with R J Stewart, and you may also bring or invite a friend. All attendees should have experience in meditation and visualization, as this event is not suitable for complete beginners.
